1. Consultation Fees

The fee for the initial consultation [examination, evaluation and discussion] is payable at the time of the consultation. The secretaries will be happy to discuss fees and methods of payment at the time of making the appointment.

2. Surgical Fees

This will be quoted following the consultation. Advance payment is a policy of The Harley Street Nose Clinic if the patient is to have an aesthetic procedure. In this way, the patient may be assured that there will be no further unexpected charges for the surgery to be performed.

3. Hospital Fees

For the majority of surgical procedures, an inclusive charge has been arranged with the hospitals.  The hospital will write to you about your admission and will expect payment on the day of admission.

The majority of our clinic patients have medical and surgical problems which do not require emergency treatment.  This provides patients with adequate time to discuss their claim with their insurance company or make other financial arrangements.  It is customary for elective aesthetic surgical fees to be paid in advance unless you have pre-authorisation from your medical insurance company.  Should surgery be cancelled for any reason, the fee will be reimbursed.

Insurance companies will not normally allow claims for aesthetic procedures.  Occasionally, if an alteration to the appearance of the nose occurs as part of the procedure to improve function or following trauma to the nose, they may allow a claim for all or some of the cost.  We will be happy to assist you with any queries concerning this.
